Goal Motivation

January is traditionally the time where we create our goals or at the very least reassess where we are within them. Often we think about the main outcomes such as completing your graduate degree, purchasing your dream home, or starting a business. For me, that's part of the motivation, but it's the small steps and actions you take that allow you to follow through and show up for your plans.
Here are a few questions I ask myself at the end of each month.  These few questions act as a short reflection, keeping me accountable. 

-What is my goal focus for this month?

-What do I hope to accomplish?

-What did I accomplish this month, if any?

-What bad habits do I want to break?

-What good habits do I want to carry forward?

-What makes me connected to this process?

-What will I commit to for the following month?
