Positive morning routine
When I think of a morning routine, I don't think of brushing my teeth, pack lunches, making my bed, do a load of laundry, etc; that's a given. I like to think of my morning routine as self-care.
I've learned that the time I spend with myself in the mornings is precious, and I don't want to be tied down to the exact routine every morning.
I'm a planner, but when it comes to my mornings, I like to be free.
Here are few things that I do before I start my day. (not all on the same day)
-I always wake up early
-Make a cup of hot tea
-Make a smoothie or a juice
-take an online yoga class
I choose my morning routine based on how I feel when I wake up, and It's the one time of my day when I'm not on a schedule.
